Thank you for helping us move to a new, larger home. The kids have room to run and have fun with kids in the neighborhood and a great school is right around the corner.

Marketplace Homes made is super easy - walking us through the process step-by-step. The hardest part was packing!

Marketplace Homes is literally the ONLY reason my family and I were able to move forward with our lives and purchase a larger home. We were stuck because of the huge loss we’d suffer if we sold our townhome, and also hesitant to take on the tedious task of finding (and keeping) renters on our own – too much of a risk. Marketplace Homes has allowed us not only to make this move, but also allow us to focus on the excitement of it all versus being bogged down by the details. Because of Marketplace Homes, we are able to set roots somewhere for our daughter, offer her an excellent education in a top-ranked school district, and also make plans to give her a little brother or sister! T-minus 30 days until the big move and we are smitten with how things have unfolded and are truly grateful that this type of program exists in the world.

We aren't a young new family either; we are empty nesters who were able to move to a DelWebb active adult community, something we had been wanting to do. My wife and I bought our condo in 2006, got married and love it. We had our son in 2009 and WOW that condo seemed small! We tried to sell it so we could get into a bigger house and expand our family but we couldn't even come close to selling it for what we owe. It is coming up on a year since hubby and I closed on our new home. We never thought we would be this happy! If someone told us 1 1/2 years ago that we would own a beautiful new home, we would have told them that they were crazy!!! Prior to getting married, I was living in a small condo for 8 years.
